This list is primarily products that are no longer available in a new condition, and have stopped being produced. If you’ve got something to trade-in and want to check if we accept it, you can search here.

Which secondhand items do you accept?

How do I trade-in my secondhand gear?

At Gear4music, it’s easy to sell your gear. To get started, navigate to gear4music trade-in page. and search for the item you’d like to sell.

Next, confirm its condition and select whether you’d like to receive cash or Gear4music account credit towards your next purchase. You’ll then be able to arrange collection of your item through a number of convenient methods, with your cash or Gear4music credit. We’ll send you your cash or credit within a few days of receiving your item.

How will my instrument be valued?

You can easily see how much you’ll get for your gear by answering some very quick and simple questions about your gear’s condition. To get started find your item on the site and click “trade-in you gear” or use the search here. to find it. Answer the questions and you’ll get your quote. It’s that simple!
